PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. for review of agenda items.

PUBLIC HEARING
1. POLITIS REZONE
The applicant, Demetri Politis, is requesting a rezone of .726 acres from A (Agriculture) to R-S (Residential Suburban), located at approximately 382 N 2200 W.
PUBLIC REVIEW
2. MIDTOWN COURTS TOWNHOMES- PRELIMINARY PLAN
The applicant, Destination Homes, is requesting preliminary plan approval to develop 3.9 acres of property zoned C-TH (Condo-Townhouse) located at approximately 2100 N 700 W.
3. SIDESHOW TATTOO - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Andrea Rasmussen, is requesting a conditional use approval for a tattoo parlor in Unit 520 of the Antelope Square Commercial Subdivision at 2010 North Main Street in the C-H (Planned Highway Commercial) zoning district.
4. LAYTON SOUTH STAKE MEETINGHOUSE - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, The Corporation of the Presiding Bishopric, is requesting a conditional use approval for a church, located at 1311 West Stone Brook Lane in the R-S zoning district.
5. RICHMOND AMERICAN HOMES - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Richmond American Homes, is requesting a conditional use approval for a temporary sales office for the Layton Shores Subdivision, located at 650 N 3200 W in the R-S zoning district.
