Riverton City Invitation for Bid #CC18-343 13200 South and 4570 West Roadway Project Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 13200 South and 4570 West Roadway Project. Work includes: excavation, grading, and compaction for construction of roadways; ~18,500 SY of concrete roadway; ~10,000 SY of asphalt roadway; ~1,700 LF of RCP storm drain with boxes; ~1300 LF of 10' Sewer Line with 5 manholes; ~1200 LF of 14' ductile iron secondary water line; street light bases and conduit; ~14,000 LF concrete curb/gutter; ~20,000 SF sidewalk; adjust utilities to grade; pavement markings; street signs; other items included as specified. Sealed bids will be due in the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, at 2:00 pm on January 25, 2018. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. Riverton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
