Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 2625 N 900 W (Manila) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jacob Carter for a conditional use permit regarding the proposed use of indoor recreation on property located at 2625 North 900 West, within the Rural Commercial Overlay, in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 2625 N 900 W (Manila) Public Hearing to consider a request of Jacob Carter for approval of a proposed site plan for a new preschool and recreation center on property located at 2625 North 900 West, within the Rural Commercial Overlay, in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 886 W 2600 N (Manila) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jennie Johnson for a conditional use permit for the joint use of parking facilities as stated in City Code Section 10-18-2:S Parking Design Standards, on property located at 886 West 2600 North, within the Rural Commercial Overlay, in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 951 E 830 S (Scratch Gravel) Public Hearing to consider a request of Ivory Development, LLC for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Avalon Hills Plat 'B' on property located at approximately 951 East 830 South in the R1-9 (Single-family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 392 S Evermore Lane (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider the request of KBP Land, LLC for a conditional use permit for a clock tower, 100 feet in height, that is part of the Evermore Park development on property located at 392 S Evermore Lane in The Grove Zone - Commercials Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - City Code Section 10-9B-7: C Yard Requirements (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City to amend City Code Section 10-9B-7: C Yard Requirements, to reduce the rear yard requirement for primary structures, on corner lots, in the R-1 (Single-family Residential) Zones. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Chapter 13: Overlay Zones (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of David Runnells to create an overlay zone that provides for flexibility in creating master-planned communities that incorporate commercial and mixed use buildings as well as a variety housing types. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Section 10-13D-3: Permitted and Conditional Uses (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jennie Johnson to amend City Code Section 10-13D-3: Permitted and Conditional Uses, in order to support businesses related to weddings such as retail for men and women's clothing, flowers, and gifts, by listing them as permitted uses in the Rural Commercial Overlay (RCO) Zone.
