- MEETING SCHEDULE FOR MORGAN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 2018 January 16th February 20th March 20th April 17th May 15th June 19th July 17th August 21st September 18th October 16th November 20th December 18th Meetings will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month and meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted. There will be a work session held before each meeting at 6:00 p.m. All meetings will be held in the Morgan City Council/Court Room, 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah.
