- NOTICE Morgan City Water Advisory Board will hold meeting during 2018. These meetings will be held each month as needed. They will be held in the Council/Court Room of the City Office located at 90 West Young Street. Any change to these scheduled dates will be posted as required. Morgan City Water Advisor Board
