- TOWN of PORTAGE Planning and Zoning January 3, 2018 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday January 3, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. This meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 pm. The Agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony 1.Review and approve minutes from December 6, 2017 Planning and Zoning meeting. 2.Steve Huggins - Subdivision discussion and decision. 3.Discussion and decision about Planning and Zoning position vacancies. 4.Proposal and decision - Portage Zoning map - map will be presented to Town Council for approval and suggestions and will only be passed on after all necessary public notices and public hearings. 5.General discussion about Master plan update - possible decisions about mapping, text or pictures/graphs.
