Approval of the minutes from December 6, 2017. 3. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS 4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT a. Public Hearing to consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit C-17-20 for a Senior Living Apartment Complex project in the Brio Subdivision specifically for Height relief and Parking requirements locate at approximately Brio Parkway and Buena Vista Blvd. Applicant: Triago Ventures b. Public Hearing to consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit C-18-01 requesting a detached garage height from 20 feet to 26 feet 10 inches located at 2188 Alamosa Drive. Applicant: Ronald Benson 5. ZONE CHANGE AMENDED a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a zone change amended Z-18-01 request for the Stucki Farms Planned Community Development located at approximately Washington Field Road and 4430 South. Purpose of the amendment is increase the size of Village 6, eliminate Village 20 (church) and transfer density to Village 6. The Village 6 density transfer would be from medium density to medium high density. The other amendment is to amend Exhibit E, Street Section and curbing to allow for a new 60 foot street section in Village 6. Applicant: Karl Larson
