- Pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-202, Providence City hereby gives notice of its annual meeting schedule for each public body which holds regular meetings that are scheduled in advance over the course of a year. Unless otherwise published, all meetings will be held on the following dates, at the Providence City Office, 164 North Gateway Dr, Providence UT, and will begin at 6:00PM. The Providence City Planning Commission generally meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays. January 10 & 24, February 14 & 28, March 14 & 28, April 11 & 25, May 9 & 23, June 13 & 27, July 11, August 8 & 22, September 12 & 26, October 10 & 24, November 14, and December 12.
