- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Stokes Subdivision consisting of 2 lots ( 1 additional building lot) from 200 West to 300 West on 200 South.
