- Now let it be known that Hooper City Council meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00p.m. and the Planning Commission meetings are the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00p.m. There are work meetings on the 5th Thursday of the month, as needed. All meetings have a work meeting that starts at 6:30 p.m. and all meetings are held at the Hooper City Office
