- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on January 9, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah: - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the General Plan (Future Land Use Map) for the property from Medium Density Single-family Residential to High Density Single/Duplex Family Residential for property located at approximately 1920 W. 4400 S. - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Zoning Map from R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential) to R-2 (Two-Family Residential) for property located at approximately 1920 W. 4400 S.
