PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF HOLLADAY 2018 MEETING SCHEDULE Pursuant to section 52-4-202(2) of the Utah Code, the City of Holladay hereby gives notice of the following meeting schedules for the year 2018: Planning Commission meetings are held first and third Tuesday of each month. The Planning Commission holds a pre-meeting work session beginning at 6:30 p.m. with the regular meeting commencing at 7:00 p.m. All meetings are held in the Mt. Olympus Room, the City Council Chambers, or both located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. Special and/or Emergency Meetings, in addition to those specified, may be held as circumstances require. Best practicable notice will be given for such meetings. Meetings may be canceled; however, best practicable notice will be given for canceled meetings. Meetings will not be held on a State or Federal Holidays or on an Election Day. All meetings are open to the public unless closed, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities or those in need of language interpretation service can be provided upon request.
