- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING On Wednesday, January 3, at approximately 6:00 p.m., the Spanish Fork Planning Commission will review a proposed Conditional Use Permit located at 826 North 100 East. The proposed Conditional Use Permit would allow for the operation of an alteration shop. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork. If you have any questions or comments concerning the proposal, or if you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the Community Development Department, at 801.804.4580 and your written comments will be forwarded to the Planning Commission.
