- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF BRIGHAM CITY, UTAH A special meeting of the Brigham City Council will be held on January 2, 2018 at noon to Administer the Oaths of Office to the Newly Elected Mayor and Councilmembers The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 20 North Main
