PUBLIC NOTICE ENTERPRISE CITY COUNCIL, PLANNING COMMISSION, AND BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 2018 MEETING SCHEDULE Pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise, Utah hereby gives notice that the Enterprise City Council holds its regular Council Meeting on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. Also, pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise hereby gives notice that the Enterprise Planning Commission holds its regular Planning Meeting on the Tuesday prior to the first city council meeting each month starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. JANUARY 9 JULY 10 FEBRUARY 13 AUGUST 7 MARCH 13 SEPTEMBER 11 APRIL 10 OCTOBER 9 MAY 8 NOVEMBER 13 JUNE 12 DECEMBER 11 Also, pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise hereby gives notice that the Enterprise Board of Adjustment convenes on an as-needed basis in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. The City of Enterprise, in compliance with the Americans with disabilities act, provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance. Persons requesting these accommodations for City sponsored public meetings, services, programs or events should call the Enterprise City Office at 878-2221, giving at least two working days notice. Citizens may request an opportunity to give opening remarks at a public meeting by contacting the City Office. Items for the City Council agendas must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm. (Noon) the Friday prior to the meeting, or longer if required by law for noticing or other requirements, and may be moved to a later agenda at the discretion of the City. Items for the Planning Commission agendas must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the desired Planning Commission meeting, and may be moved to a later agenda at the discretion of the City. Items for the Board of Adjustment agendas must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the desired Board of Adjustment meeting, and may be moved to a later time at the discretion of the City.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office at (435) 878-2221 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
