- The North Logan Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, June 7, 2017 in the Meeting Room of the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT. 6:35 p.m. Public Hearing to receive input on what City Council and the City's Planning and Zoning Commission have determined a need and good cause to amend the city's land use ordinance to modify Chapter 12C-1001. Permitted and Conditional Uses in Zones to: Allow Nursing Care Facility as a conditional use in the RE, R1 and R2 (Residential) zones in the matrix. The proposed notice can be reviewed at the North Logan City Office (2076 N 1200 E) or at www.northlogancity.org. Interested citizens are invited to attend.
