1. Animal Conditional Use Permit: Discussion and consideration of a conditional use permit for a rooster to be kept at 1271 W 3200 S (Applicant Carmelle Cox).
2. MVK Logistics: Discussion and consideration of a use permit and business license for a home office at 1371 W 3390 S (Applicant Thomas Ricky Hargis)
3. Concept review for building permit application for a flag lot for parcel 03-068-0001, located approximately at 4260 Hollow Road (Applicant Mason Lefler).
4. Review and discuss Ordinance 17-14: An Ordinance Revising the Planning Commission Organization, an ordinance under review by the City Council
5. Workshop: Discussion concerning the Rural Preservation Subdivision Ordinance (an update to the Conservation Subdivision Ordinance).

No agenda item will begin after 10:00 p.m. without a unanimous vote of the Commission. The Commission may carry over agenda items, scheduled late in the evening and not heard, to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
