Utah County Commission - Proposed Utah County Land Use Ordinance text amendment to Section 5-12 relative to the applicability of the requirements of the Natural Hazards Overlay Zone (continued from July 18, 2017, October 17, 2017, and November 21, 2017 Planning Commission meetings) F. ZONE MAP/ GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT (Public Hearing) 1. Utah Co Planning Commission - Proposed amendment of the Official Utah County Zoning Map, inclusion of certain land into the Natural Hazards Overlay (NHO) Zone, all or portions of parcels in Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 of T9S, R4E, as well as all or portions of parcels in Section 25, T9S, R3E, approximately 1990 acres, Thistle area of Utah County (continued from November 21, 2017 Planning Commission meeting) 2. Aaron Troyer, et al - Proposed amendment of the Official Utah County Zoning Map from the Critical Environment (CE-1) Zone to the Residential Agricultural (RA-5) Zone, approximately 35.00 acres, at approximately 11900 South Nebo Loop Road, Section 21, T9S R2E, Payson Canyon area of Utah County G. OTHER BUSINESS 1. Resolution adopting the annual meeting schedule for the Utah County Planning Commission for calendar year 2018. 2. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair of the Utah County Planning Commission for calendar year 2018. H.
