Description/Agenda: November 22, 2017 City Council Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Council shall be considering Ordinance 17-14: Planning Commission Organization. The public hearing will be held on December 7, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The public hearing will be held at Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah. Ordinance 17-14 will address the selection of the Planning Commission Chairperson and aspects of the Chairperson's role. The referenced Public Hearing will not start before the stated time and a copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for review at the City Offices and will be made available on the City's website and the Utah Public Meeting Notice website on or before December 1, 2017.
