- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers located in the Kane County Courthouse at 76 North Main Street the Kane County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the Sky Haven Retreat Subdivision, Units 2 & 3, for all lots labeled (not a part of) within the Sky Haven Retreat Subdivision plat, which are non-compliant, will be officially included and recorded in the Sky Haven Retreat Subdivision; therefore they will be in compliance with the subdivision ordinance. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard either in support of or in opposition to the Sky Haven Retreat Subdivision plat amendment.
