Parcels #1 (2.33 acres) and #2 (2.48 acres) both would face 1100 S. while parcel #3 (4.25 Acres) would face an undeveloped dedicated street identified as Hillside Drive

16. Discuss - Vote on Release of existing Restrictive Covenant for Parcel 72-372 in the Kanab Creek Ranchos Subdivision and implementation of new Septic System Easement for Parcel 72-372 in the Kanab Creek Ranchos subdivision
