3.1. Public hearing and consideration of Mark Cluff's request for approval of a conditional use for the Alpine Valley Academy Site Plan with an existing building, a private school located at 1910 West 900 North in A-1 (agriculture) & RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zones.
3.2. Consideration of Jeff Southard's requests for approval of the Bellaview Assisted Living site plan, a 1.86-acre development located at approximately 3200 North 1200 West in a Commercial zone.
3.3. Public hearing and consideration of Trio Design's request for conditional use approval of the Canyon Hills LDS Church site plan to be located at 750 West 4050 North in an existing R-1-12 (residential) zone.
3.4. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for a General Plan Amendment on 71.13-acres of property located at approximately 2600 North 3600 West changing the land use designation from VLDR (very low density residential) to PC (Planned Community).
3.5. Public hearing and recommendation of Ivory Development's request for the Holbrook Village concept plan, a 71.13-acre development located at approximately 2600 North 3600 West in a proposed Planned Community land use designation.
3.6. Consideration of Edge Homes' request for approval of the Exchange Clubhouse & Park site plan, a 1.48-acre development located at 3870 West 1850 North in an R-3 PUD (high density residential) zone.
3.7. Public hearing and consideration of Anne Gurney's request for approval of the Gurney Farms Two-Lot subdivision with an existing home located at 1000 North 700 East in an RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zone.
3.8. Consideration of Don Payne's request for the Payne Office Building site plan located at 111 East Main Street in an existing Mixed Use zone.
3.9. Public hearing and recommendation of Patterson Construction's request for the Western Eagle preliminary subdivision, a 6-lot residential development located at 1750 North 600 West in an RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zone.
3.10. Public Hearing and consideration of Lorrin Hamilton's request for conditional use approval of the Hamilton Motors site plan, a car dealership to be located at 614 West Main Street in a Mixed Use zone.
3.11. Public hearing and recommendation of Marvin Neff's request for the Steelwater Ranches General Plan Amendment on approximately 16.88-acres of property located at 1625 South 1700 West changing the land use designation from VLDRA (very low density residential agriculture) to LDR (low density residential).
3.12. Public Hearing and recommendation of Steelwater Ranches request for R-1-8 zoning on the Kenneth Webb Annexation, 16.88 acres of property located at approximately 1600 South 1700 West.
3.13. Public Hearing and recommendation of Steelwater Ranches' request for review of The Meadows at Lakeside concept, a 49-lot residential development located at 1700 West 1625 South in a proposed R-1-8 (residential) zone.
3.14. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map to update the locations of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) overlays.
3.15. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for revisions to the Lehi City Development Code Chapter 38, Transit Oriented Development (TOD).
3.16. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for an update to the Moderate Income Housing Element of the General Plan.
