October 25, 2017 d. October 27, 2017 4. Public Input 5. Closed meeting to discuss reasonably imminent litigation with legal counsel - (Gayle McKeachnie) 6. Action Items I. Approval of expenditures, reimbursements and paying bills - (Bob Leake). a. See Exhibit A b. Report on Pinnacle bill - (Brad Horrocks). II. Approval of Contracts a. Contract with Leland Bench Permanent Community Impact Fund. III. Uintah County Rd. Department - Asphalt Maintenance Program - (Brad Horrocks) IV.
