2. Hargis Home Improvement: Discussion and consideration of a use permit and business license for a home office at 1112 W 2450 S (Applicant Thomas Ricky Hargis)
3. Workshop: Discussion concerning the Rural Preservation Subdivision Ordinance (an update to the Conservation Subdivision Ordinance).
4. Commission and Staff Report and Action Items
