- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at the city office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Sam Winward for a conditional use for a Insurance and Investment business and a public banquet room rental, to be operated in the C2 (Community Commercial 2) zone, located at approximately 110 East Main.
