- HEBER CITY CORPORATION Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Heber City Office Building, 75 North Main Street, South door, in the Council Chambers upstairs, to consider the following: - Public Hearing to consider Amendment to Section 312 - Building Material and Section 401 - Signage Type of the C2 and C4 Design Critera of the Heber City Municipal Code. - Public Hearing to consider amendment a Zone Map Amendment from C-4 Commercial Zone to I-1 Industrial Zone for Heber City property (Public Works Building) located at 749 West 300 South. - Public Hearing to consider a request by Mountainlands Community Housing Trust to amend the Heber City Zoning Map to apply the Clustered Open Space Overlay Zone (COSZ) to approximately 10.21 acres of property zoned R-3 Residential Zone located at 958 South Southfield Road Public comment is welcome. Text and/or maps of proposed amendments can be viewed at the Heber City Office Building, Planning and Zoning Office, 75 North Main Street. Any questions or written comments pertaining to this Public Hearing can be directed to Karen Tozier or the Planning and Zoning Department (435-654-4830) during regular business hours or emailed to ktozier@ci.heber.ut.us.
