- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Dallin Fristrup-to discuss for approval his Eagle Scout Project of improving the flowers beds for the Wellsville City entrances. 9. Jonathan Cook-to discuss and make decision for the need of technical support for the Wellsville City web page. 10. Discuss for (1) hour the Wellsville City Land Use Regulations, Article I entitled 'Introduction to Land Use Regulations.' 11. Discuss and make decision on whether or not the city will pay LDS Wards $75.00 to have float in the Founder's Day parade. 12. Discuss and make a decision on options to hold Blue Stakes Company liable for costly repairs of water lines that are being damaged with the installation of fiber optic along Highway 89/91. 13. Discuss and make a decision on new lease extension from Crown Castle for cell tower at Leatham's Spring. 14.
