- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing of the Emery County Housing Authority is scheduled for Monday, Oct 23, 2017 at 6:00 pm in the Swell Conference Room, 75 East Main Street (2nd Floor) Castle Dale, UT 84513. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the proposed sale of the apartment complexes in Ferron (130 N 200 W) and Castle Dale (85 S 500 E). In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify: ECHA at 435-381-3580
