Notice is hereby given that the Lake Point Cemetery and Park Service Area Board will hold its regularly scheduled Business meeting on October 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mosquito Abatement Bldg.1535 Sunset Rd. Lake Point Utah. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to order 2. Eagle Scout Projects update-Porter Ruebush, Ethan Hatch, Nathan Winters 3. New Sexton Update a) Allan Jordan- Cemetery business, add a paragraph to Cemetery Rules b) Update on Cemetery fence- north side 4. Update on Lake Point Cemetery and Park Service Area Boundaries a) Marianne Gines to meet with Matt Millis 5. Park Maintenance Issues-Jeff Quibell-water shut off, fix broken water faucet a) Sod was laid on Saturday 6. Discuss Park care Issues-Port a john pick up, order more parking signs a) Becky Cunningham report on parks scheduling and fee charge b) Marylinn Sharps bids for road base to be laid and spread by sidewalk c) Scott Jacobs bids for broken pavilion concrete 7. Discuss Cemetery and Park Service Area Policy and Procedures to be written and added a) Family members cannot service together on the board b) Three bids needed for any projects over $1000.00 c) Policy and Rules for scheduling the park, apply a fee 8. Update on chalking pavilion, replacement of camera batteries, bleachers 9. Public Concerns 10. Ideas for grant money next year 11. Other Cemetery or Park business 12. Adjourn
