2.1. Public hearing and recommendation of TMTH's request for an amendment to the Traverse Mountain Area Plan.
2.2. Public Hearing and recommendation of Rob Clauson's request for the Noah's Executive Condos concept, an 80-unit residential development located at approximately the end of Grey Hawk Drive in a Planned Community zone.
2.3. Public hearing and consideration of Jeff Southard's request for approval of the Bellaview Assisted Living concept plan, a 1.86-acre development located 3200 North 1200 West in a Commercial zone.
2.4. Public Hearing and consideration of Timothy Parson's request for approval of the South Mountain Pet Care concept plan, a veterinary clinic to be located at 1142 East 3300 North in a Commercial zone.
2.5. Public hearing and consideration of Hunting Office, LLC's request for conditional use approval of The Slopes at Traverse Office Building #1 site plan, a 7.15-acre commercial development with an exception to the Commercial Design Standards located at 4100 North Cabela's Blvd in a Planned Community zone.
2.6. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi Development Group's request for R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) zoning on the Mellor Annexation, approximately 4.8-acres of property located at approximately 250 West 1900 South.
2.7. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi Development Group's request for the Mellor Subdivision concept plan, a 7-lot residential development located at approximately 250 West 1900 South in a proposed R-1-22 (residential/agriculture) zone.
2.8. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for Public Facility zoning on the Dry Creek Lake Park Addition Annexation, approximately 15 acres of property located at SR-92 & Center Pointe.
2.9. Consideration of TMCV Retail #1, LLC's request for approval of the Terrace at Traverse Buildings B, D1, D2 and a fuel center site plan located at approximately 1750 West Traverse Pkwy in a Planned Community zone.
2.10. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for revisions to the Lehi City Development Code Chapter 17, PUD. (Continued from the September 28, 2017 meeting)
