NOTICE OF MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, commencing at 5:00 p.m. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Call to Order Flag Salute GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS (GPA) (Public Hearings) Consider a General Plan Amendment to amend the General Plan from OS (Open Space), MDR (Medium Density Residential, and COM (Commercial) to OS on approximately 2.88 acres and COM on approximately 13.53 acres. The property is located on Red Hills Parkway and is called the 'Twin Lakes' property. The representative is Mr. Brent Gardner, Alpha Engineering. Case No. 2017-GPA-010 (Staff - John Willis) Consider a General Plan Amendment to amend the General Plan from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 4.21 acres.
