NOTICE OF A REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 28th day of September 2010. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Bischoff B. Pledge of Allegiance - Sean Wilkinson C. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Bischoff D. Presentation Velma Saunders would like to take a moment to thank the Commissioners for naming the reception area after her. E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of Purchase Orders. 2. Request for approval of Warrants. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on September 21, 2010. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and the Wasatch Integrated Management District authorizing Weber County to receive construction and demolition waste. F. Action Items 1. Request for approval resolution of the County Commission of Weber County appointing members to the Recreation Arts Museums and Parks Committees. Presenter: Mike Caldwell 2. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Crystal Creations Rock Your World for a rock show being held at the Golden Spike Event Center on October 29-31, 2010. Presenter: Jim Harvey 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Stirrin Dirt LLC for Halloween Havoc Demolition Derby at the Golden Spike Event Center on October 2, 2010. Presenter: Jim Harvey 4. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Beck Hougaard for the Hometown Cowboy Christmas to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center on November 23-28, 2010. Presenter: Jim Harvey 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Ogden Publishing Corp. for the Standard Examiner Fall Home Show and Living Green Event to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center on October 23-23, 2010. Presenter: Jim Harvey 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Acorn Productions for an Antique Show to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center on November 6-7, 2010. Presenter: Jim Harvey 7. Request for approval to ratify a contract by and between Weber County and Los Reyes De Las Pistas for a Hispanic Match Race to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center on August 22, 2010. Presenter: Jim Harvey G. Assign Pledge of Allegiance and Thought of the Day for Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. H.
