- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council will hold a special council meeting on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wellsville City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of all documents necessary and for the purpose of authorizing the issuance and sale of the City's $70,000 Taxable Water Revenue Bond, Series 2010A and $560,000 Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B, and related matters. 6. Approval of any other documents related to the 2010A and 2010B Water Revenue Bonds.
