PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Garland City will hold municipal elections on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah. The election will be held to fill a four year term for Mayor and two four year City Council positions. The candidates for Mayor are Todd Miller and Linda Bourne. The candidates for the City Council positions are Roger Ogborn and Charles Bingham. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Registered voters must be residents of Garland City to be eligible to vote. Box Elder County will publicly hold a logic and accuracy test and demonstration of the automatic tabulating equipment that will be used to count the ballots for the Garland City Municipal Election to be held on November 7, 2017. The demonstration and test will be conducted October 19, 2017 at 8 a.m. at the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Room 10, Brigham City, Utah. The test and demonstration is open to the public in accordance with Utah Code 20A-4-104 and 20A-3-201.
