PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Classrooms 5 and 6, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1628 West 1100 North (Northfield Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request from Scott Dent for a preliminary subdivision plat called Karrie's Cove Plat 'A' that includes 11 residential lots, on property located at approximately 1628 West 1100 North, in the R1-12 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approximately 1628 West 1100 North (Northfield Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Scott Dent to rezone approximately .6 acres of land from R-R (Rural Residential) Zone to R1-12 (Single Family Residential) Zone on property located at approximately 1628 West 1100 North. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 2200 North 100 East (Big Spring Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request from Blake Jumper for a preliminary subdivision plat called Savage View Plat 'A' that includes 14 residential lots and a new phasing plan on property located at approximately 2200 North 100 East, in the R-R (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Section 10-19-9 Free Standing Signs and Section 10-19-14 Prohibited Signs. (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Chapters 10-19-9, Freestanding Signs and 10-19-14, Prohibited Signs by increasing the maximum allowed area and height for freestanding signs on properties adjacent to I-15 Highway; and revising the provisions regarding prohibited signs and various zoning requirements regulating signs in The Grove Zone Interchange Subdistrict.
