Utah Department of Corrections: appealing a fee waiver denial for invoices and statements made to his Century Link phone account. Telephonic. Lee Davidson, Salt Lake Tribune v. Attorney General's Office: appealing access denial to 'a copy of the legal option requested by legislative leaders about the special election process imposed by Gov. Gary Herbert to fill the congressional seat vacated by Rep. Jason Chaffetz.' Luke Ramseth, Salt Lake Tribune v. Murray City Police Department: appealing access denial to 'police reports and any related investigative documents involving Adam Lim.' Steven Onysko v. Utah Department of Human Resource Management: appealing partial access denial to 'DHRM Investigative Report and any other related records in this matter.' Steven Onysko v. Utah Department of Human Resource Management: appealing the governmental entity's failure to respond on an access denial for 'metadata associated with the identified purported Bekkemelom authored document.' Molly Marcello, The Times Independent v. Moab City Police Department: appealing access denial to 'any all formal complaints filed with the Moab City Police Department of Moab City regarding former police officer Shaun Hansen.' Telephonic.
