- The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 4. At 6:00 p.m. conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider for approval a request from Joseph Reynolds for a variance to allow the division of property he owns (parcel 10-028-0002) into a 3 lot subdivision, with one lot on 100 East to have only 79 feet of frontage when the zone requires 82 1/2 feet of frontage. By record the lots has 82 1/2 feet of frontage.
