NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634 1) Invocation 2) Discuss Sewer Connection at Approximately 422 West Center, John Taylor with Proposed Approval of Line Placement and Mitigation 3) Juvenile Justice Services, Tammy Powell 4) Proposed Approval of Ordinance 2017-6, Zone Change at Approximately 450 North 100 West from A-1 (Agricultural District) to R-2-10,000 (Single Family Residential District), Lot #S2636X1, Cindy Badger 5) Proposed Approval of At Large Member for Hospital Board Member Nominating Committee 6) Proposed Approval of Conditional Sign Application at Approximately 460 South Main, Gunnison City 7) Discuss Term Limits With Respect to All Appointed and Elected Officials in Gunnison City (To Exclude Appointed Employees) 8) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 9) Future Items 10) Closed Session 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
