Motion - Approval of Home Occupation Business Licenses - WMW Enterprise, Francisco J. Estrada Maintenance 5. Motion - Approval of Other Business Licenses - Rich Memories Photography LLC 6. Motion - Cancel the November 19, 2008 City Council Meeting 7. Report from Council on Assignments 8. Approval of Bills 9. Motion - Adjournment
