- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Owner: North Utah County Water Conservancy District Address: 75 North Center Street American Fork, Utah 84003 Phone: 801-756-7039 Separate Bids for the Construction of the Tibble Fork Dam Rehabilitation - Wetlands Mitigation Project will be received by North Utah County Water Conservancy District until 2:00 p.m. MDST, Thursday, September 28, 2017. Bids shall be delivered to John Jacobs (Attorney for NUCWCD) at 75 N. Center St., American Fork, UT 84003. The principal items of work are approximately as follows: 1- Wetlands mitigation The project is to be completed by December 1, 2017. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Agreement, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda, may be examined at the following location: HORROCKS ENGINEERS 2162 West Grove Parkway Suite 400 Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062 Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Horrocks Engineers located at 2162 West Grove Parkway Suite 400, Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062. The Project Engineer is Ryan Pitts (801) 763-5100. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition).
