Planning Commission of West Point, Utah
September 14, 2017
Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of West Point, Utah, will hold their regularly scheduled meeting at the West Point City Building at 3200 West 300 North on Thursday, September 14, 2017. This meeting will begin at 6:30 pm.
Work Session
The Planning Commission will hold a work session beginning at 6:30 p.m.
1. Discussion regarding a Conditional Use Permit for Major Home Occupation, Highline Tattoo and Piercing Studio, located at 482 North 2200 West, Junior and Erica Hammon, applicant.
2. Discussion regarding Final Plat Approval for Oleson Fields Subdivision, located at approximately 700 North 3000 West, Castle Creek Homes, applicant.
3. Discussion regarding Final Plat Approval for Zaugg Legacy Subdivision, located at approximately 550 North 2900 West, Craythorne Development, applicant.
4. Discussion on proposed changes to West Point City Code regarding Accessory Building regulations.
