Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: a. The Council shall receive public input, consider the recommendation from the Planning Commission, then consider a proposal to amend the General Plan adopted July 21, 2010 by resolution 2010-10, from RA-1 residential to CH Commercial Highway at 390 East Main in Wellsville, Tax Id#10-014-0080. 9. Brady Robins-to discuss his eagle scout project of cleaning up, and painting the playground behind the elementary school. 10. Kirt Lindley-Discuss the rising cost of housing a dog that is being impounded, and the need for Wellsville City to make a decision on raising the impound fees from $15.00 to $20.00 11. Craig Rudd-Discuss options of purchasing property from Wellsville City near his home. 12. Discuss options of purchasing property for future development for parks and recreation. 13. Discuss the use of air brakes coming down out of the canyon and what can be done to work with UDOT to prohibit the use of air brakes inside the city limits. 14. Discuss awarding the contract for completing the yard work at the Wellsville City public works facility. 15. Discuss awarding the contract for completing the asphalt work on 200 North from 200 East to 300 East and on 300 East from 200 North to 400 North. 16. Department reports 17.
