- PUBLIC NOTICE The Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Gunnison City Hall located at 38 West Center. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding: 1. Proposed zone change request at Lot #S2636X1 (approximately 450 North 100 West). The proposed zone change is from A-1 (Agricultural District) to R-2-10,000 (Single-Family Residential District), Cindy Badger In compliance with ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Janell Braithwaite at the Gunnison City offices, 38 West Center, Gunnison, Utah (435-528-7969) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
