- WELLSVILLE CITY DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY The following Wellsville City residents have filed a Declaration of Candidacy for the Mayor seat: Gary Saxton Thomas G. Bailey The following Wellsville City resident has filed a Declaration of Candidacy for the 2 Council seats: Perry N. Maughan The following Wellsville City resident has filed a Declaration of Candidacy as a write in candidate for the 2 Council seats: Kaylene Ames. Wellsville City will NOT hold a primary election. General Election is Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
