Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing will begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, and consider the recommendation from the Planning Commission, then consider a proposal to amend the General Plan adopted July 21, 2010 by Resolution 2010-10, from RA-1 residential to CH Commercial Highway at 390 East Main Street in Wellsville, Tax Id # 10-014-0080.
