Description/Agenda: The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: a. The Planning Commission will consider recommending to the City Council that the General Plan adopted July 21, 2010 by Resolution 2010-10. There is now a need to amend the General Plan to allow for property at 390 East Main street in Wellsville, Tax ID# 10-014-0080, from RA-1 residential to CH commercial. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on the request. 7. Discuss options of updating the Wellsville City Code for a smoking policy. 8. Other zoning matters.
