Proposed Approval of Final Subdivision Application (Minor), Andy & Heather Moysh at approximately 400 South 200 East 2. Discuss Preliminary Major Subdivision Application at Approximately 400 South 200 East, John Mogle and Kasey Petersen 3. Review Gunnison City Land Use Ordinances Regarding Private Driveways and Proposed Approval to Call for a Public Hearing to Amend the City's Land Use Ordinance 4. Approve Minutes 5.
