MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular City Council meeting
on Thursday, August 17, 2017, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City
Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT.
The agenda shall be as follows:
7:00 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING
1. Opening - Council Member Snell.
2. Call to the Public.
3. Contract with JRCA Architects, Inc. for the Old Library Building.
4. Bucket Truck purchase for the Parks and Recreation Dept.
5. Consideration for the discharge of shotguns for the purpose of pheasant hunting as permitted
within Kaysville City.
6. Utopia Franchise Agreement Petition.
7. Roueche Lane Ponds Owner Agreements.
8. Development Agreement and request to Rezone of 2.84 acres of property at approximately 701 South
Main Street from R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) to the HC (Health Care) zoning district- Dave
Whitaker.
9. Sunset Equestrian Estates Plat 18 Acceptance of Improvements - Symphony Homes.
10. Minutes.

12. Council Member Reports.
13. Consideration of Closed Meeting Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated §52-4-205
(c) Strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
