Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Request for a lot split: Nate Seamons is requesting a lot split at approximately 50 north 200 east. 3. Request for a lot split: Elizabeth Jenkins/Brent Jensen is requesting a lot split at approximately 400 North 100 west. 4. Request for combining of two lots: Cary and Melissa Judy are requesting to combine two lots at 277 east and 289 east 100 North. 5. Request for a lot split: Jeff Oliver is requesting a lot split at approximately 267 West 100 North. 6. Review of new Gunnison City Zoning Ordinance 7.
