- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Commons at Newpark Final Subdivision Plat and Final Site Plan 1153 Center Dr., Parcel NPTCR-R-2 (South of Newpark Hotel), Newpark, Summit County, UT Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission in accordance with the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss an 8 residential unit development project located at 1153 Center Dr., Parcel NPTCR-R-2 (South of Newpark Hotel), Newpark, Summit County, Utah. The public hearing will be held: Tuesday, August 22, 2017 Beginning at 4:30 p.m. Sheldon Richins Building (Summit County Library) 1885 W. Ute Blvd., Park City, Utah, 84098 The applicants are seeking direction regarding the Commons at Newpark Final Plat and Final Site Plan. The proposed Final Plat and Final Site Plan would allocate 10,150 sq. ft. of residential density from the overall Newpark density pool onto Parcel NPTCR-R-2, Newpark, Summit County, UT.
